The Great Western Trail Foundation is a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization established to help the Great Western Trail Authority in its fundraising efforts. Your tax-deductible contribution to the Foundation helps fund new trail construction projects, and the improvement of trail facilities and amenities. Funds may also be used for trail promotional events, educational programs, and outreach to community partners. By providing some of the local matching funds required by large federal and state grants, the Foundation also helps leverage major grant funding that is otherwise out of our reach.
