Details

Assist participants with registration/check in using the RaceDay CheckIn App. You will want to download the app prior to PPU. The run.Windsor Race Series Crew will provide instructions on how to manage PPU with registration and verifying participant check in. Once participant has registered and/or checked in you will hand participant their SWAG bag with race bib, swag, and answer questions participants might have. The run.Windsor Race Crew/Directors will be present to answer any questions and support. Lunch/light snacks and drinks will be provided.

Aid Station 3 - 10K turnaround (Teams of 2-4)

Aid Station coordinators will be responsible for supplying runners/walkers with water, electrolyte drinks, nutrition as planned for the race. Aid Stations will play a vital role in runner/walker safety, encouraging participants, and providing an atmosphere of fun for runner/walkers as they pass through. You will receive important updates from the run.Windsor Race Directors as we get closer to the event. Aid Station # 3 will get runners/walkers from the 10K and 15K distances. Your aid station location will be clearly marked on where to set up. Please provide your own table, canopy/shade, music, and accessories (decorations, marketing your business, props, themes, etc). The run.Windsor Crew will provide all necessary aid station supplies the week of the race.
